QUICK AND EASY CHICKEN WINGS

How many times have we gone for chicken wings?  I know we love to go but if we can’t or just don’t wan’t to go out, I will usually make these.

They are fast and simple and can be cooked a couple of ways.  I generally bake them in the oven but I have also fired them in oil on top of the stove.  Baking them in the oven is great because first of all there is less fat and a lot less of a mess to clean up.  Believe me they taste just as good. I do not have an air fryer, but my oven does the same thing.  One of the options is, that it has a convection setting. It ultimately does the same thing as the air fryer.  So if you have an air fryer that is another option for you to use as a cooking method.

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

2 Lbs. Chicken Wings, Tips Removed An Split Into Two

Favourite Wing Sauce

PREPARATION

Place foil tray then arrange chicken wings so they are not very close together.  Cook at 350F.  I like to cook them at a lower temperature so they don’t dry out and I can control the amount of heat they receive. Bake until nicely golden and how dry you would like them to me is up too you.

Remove from oven and coat with a favourite wing sauce.  You may also serve them dry and have sauce on the side.  Or what I have discovered is when the Mayor (my husband) makes these, he adds a little butter after they have been cooked and before he puts on the wing sauce. This little secret takes them over the top.

We love to have them with fries, onion rings but you many like to have salad.  Your choice.

ENJOY!!!
