I love little appetizers, they are a lot of fun and usually easy to make.
These are no exception. Easy is what it’s all about when there is a crowd coming and very little time to prepare. If you can make anything ahead of time, go for it. These freeze well so all you have to do is reheat them.
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 Container Of Phillsbury Crescent
2-3 Sweet Potatoes, Baked
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Miniture Marshmallows
PREPARATION
Bake the sweet potatoes, mash and add a little brown sugar.
Open Pillsbury Crescent dough.
Roll out and cut into little squares.
Place into sprayed non-stick mini muffin tins.
Add mashed sweet potatoes and top with mini marshmallows.
Bake at 350F.
Serve.
