Is there anyone who doesn’t like crepes?
I don’t know anyone. The best part is that they are so easy to make. A little time consuming but well worth it.
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
4 Eggs
2 Cups Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
3 Tablespoon Melted Butter
3 Tablespoon Sugar (Opt.)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Flour
Oil Or Butter For Pan
PREPARATION
Into a bowl add all the above ingredients, starting with the liquids then adding the flour. Heat pan with a little oil.
Add batter to hot pan spreading it to cover the bottom of pan.
Cook until golden on one side.
Flip it to cook the other side. When golden remove and repeat until all the batter is used or you have the amount crepes you need. Just stack them on plate as you are making them.
Serve with fruit, maple syrup, or whip cream.
