Having to take a break from Keto I decided to make some of the things I love. One of them being pizza.
This pull apart bread sure hits the spot. You can use my pizza dough recipe or one of your favourite. It does not take long to make and you can jazz it up a bit. I made this on a Sunday morning with leftover pizza dough I had sitting in the fridge. My dough can be made and kept in the fridge for up to 9 days.
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
Pizza Dough (My Recipe Can Be Found In this Blog “HOME MADE PIZZA’’)
2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Tomato Sauce, To Taste
Shredded Mozzarella, To Taste
Cornmeal, To Taste
PREPARATION
Cut the dough into pieces.
Roll into balls. If your hands get sticky dip them into flour and continue.
Add some olive oil, tomato sauce and mozzeralla cheese.
Gently mix all the ingredients. I also added chopped basil.
Oil a bundt pan and sprinkle some cornmeal on it.
Add the bread balls about half way to three quarters of the way up. Bake at 400 degrees for approx. 25 minutes.
I loosen the outer edge with a knife.
Place a wire rack or plate on top, invert and the pizza bread should come out nicely.
You can put a bowl with extra sauce for dipping in the middle, bacon, cheese, pepperoni anything you like. You may also place this back in the oven to give it a crunchy texture just like a pizza.
ENJOY!
