TORTILLAS WITH CHEESE AND BACON

This was a really nice change for a lunch.  Nothing hard nothing complicated.

RECIPE

2 Soft Tortillas

A Few Slices Of Cheese, Your Choice

3 Slices Of Bacon

1 Large Teaspoon Bacon Fat

Lettuce

Salad Dressing, Or, I Just Added Mustard And Hot Sauce

PREPARATION

I took two soft tortillas placed some cheese on one side…

Then topped the cheese with some bacon strips…

Folded over the tortillas…

Added bacon fat into the pan…

Placed the tortillas into the pan…

Fried both sides of the tortillas…

Sliced both in half, served  with a very plain salad…

And I had lunch.  So super simple and quick.
