This sandwich was sssooo good. The bread recipe is the closest to regular bread that I have ever made on the Keto Diet. It is versatile and can be made into buns OR pizza dough. Give it a try.
BREAD RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Eggs, Beaten
2/3 Cup Flax
1/2 Finely Ground Oatmeal
1 1/4 Cups Whole Wheat Gluten
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 tsp Xanthum Gum
1 Teaspoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Dry Yeast
FILLINGS FOR SANDWICH
*****AMOUNTS ARE TOTALLY UP TO YOU*****
Mayo
Bacon
Tomato
Avocado
Lettuce (opt.)
Hot Sauce (opt.)
Mustard (opt.)
PREPARATION FOR BREAD AND SANDWICH
Place the ingredients in order, into a bread machine and follow the instructions on the machine. I usually bake mine for 3 hours and 10 minutes.
Just love to see a fresh loaf when it is done and the house smells so good.
When it is ready, remove from the machine, place on a wire rack to cool. Do not cut before it has cooled off.
I have found this bread will squash when you cut it but not to worry because it will spring back spring back to its former shape when slices have been cut.
When it is ready place on a wire rack and cool.
Slice and toast the bread for this sandwich. Toast and butter both pieces. Top with mayo, avocado, tomato, ketchup, bacon and tomato. I always add my favourite hot sauce.
ENJOY!

Your welcome it was my pleasure to share and have others enjoy something that I have made. It’s just too bad that it’s not possible to give everyone a sample.
