RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Cornstarch
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Sprinkling Of Salt
2 Beaten Eggs
6-7 Chicken Thighs Cut Into Small Pieces
Your Choice Flavoured Dipping Sauce (Plum, Cherry, Sweet And Sour, Or Even Swiss Chalet Dipping Sauce)
PREPARATION
Cut the chicken into pieces. Season with salt and pepper or even Montreal Chicken Spices. Set aside.
Mix together the dry ingredients, flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt. Set aside.
Beat 2 eggs.
Place part of the chicken into the beaten eggs, then into the flour and mix until it is well coated.
Place the chicken pieces into the hot oil and fry until golden in colour and repeat until all the chicken is used up. I do it in batches.
Choose a favourite sauce and either coat all the chicken in it, or serve as a dipping sauce.
Can be made the day before and reheated when needed. Can serve on rice, noodles or even next to potatoes. Not only are they good with sweet and spicy sauces, but my gang likes them with Swiss Chalet Sauce
ENJOY!
