These little, what I like to call bombs are delicious and they fit into my keto diet.
They are easy to make and can be used as a meal or an appetizer. I like to call them bombs because I use jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese in the middle and when you take a bite there is a little explosion.
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1LB. GROUND CHICKEN
1LB. GROUND TURKEY
1 EGG
BREADCRUMBS (I DID NOT USE THIS, BUT YOU CAN)
1 TABLESPOON GARLIC POWDER OR 1 CLOVE GARLIC
1 TEASPOON WORCHESTIRE SAUCE (OPT.)
1 TEASPOON SOYA SAUCE (OPT.)
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
PEPPERS IN OIL WITH CREAM CHEESE ALREADY IN THE PEPPERS
OR FRESH JALAPENOS STUFFED WITH CREAM CHEESE OR SOME OF BOTH
PREPARATION
Mix chicken and turkey with all the other ingredients.
TAKE 2-3 TABLESPOON OF MEAT AND PLACE IT INTO THE PALM OF YOU HAND PLACE A HOT PEPPER ONTO THE MEAT AND SHAPE AROUND THE PEPPER.
TAKE SOME SLICED BACON
AND WRAP EACH LITTLE MEAT BALL AND PLACE INTO A PAN. BAKE AT 350 F FOR 40 MINUTES.
SERVE WITH YOUR FAVOURITE SIDES OF VEGGIES.
