STUFFED MINUTE STEAK

This recipe is good for anyone to eat.  I made it because it was within the guidelines for the Keto diet.

I posted this on my Instagram page and it was a big hit.  Such a simple meal, but it was tasty.

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Tenderized Minute Steak

Cream Cheese

Bacon

PREPARATION

Lay each steak flat.

On each steak place about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese.  If steaks are bigger then add more cream cheese.

Then roll each steak into a log and try to tuck in the ends.

Wrap bacon around it and secure with a toothpick.  I also oiled the bottom of the pan. Cover and bake covered with foil at 350 F. for approx. 40 – 45 minutes.

During the last 2-3 minutes add some of your favourite shredded cheese on top and melt.

ENJOY!
