Cardinals

framed cardinals

These cardinals hang in the room I work in, my so called office or studio.  It is my favourite bird painting.  I don’t know why but it gives me a sense of peace when looking at it.  I’ve mentioned quite a few times that these are my favourite pictures to do.

Though working with watercolours is my favourite type of medium to work with, this one is done in acrylic paint.  Quite ordinary looking at first but when the Mayor placed it into the frame for me, it changed it’s appearance.  It is so soothing.
