This is another recipe I tried while on the diet. It is really good, even the Mayor liked it.
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
2 CHICKEN BREASTS
3 RIBS OF CHOPPED CELERY
5 VERY SMALL PICKLES
3 – 4 TABLESPOONS CAESAR DRESSING
3- 4 TABLESPOONS RANCH DRESSING
1/2 CUP MAYO
1/2 – 1 Cup Of Softened Cream Cheese
Few Lettuce Leaves
Salt And Pepper To Taste
I Also Add My Favourite Hot Sauce
Wraps Of Your Choice, OPT.
PREPARATION
Cook 2 chicken breasts, then either chop or shred the meat.
Pit and peel the avocado mash and place with the chicken along with the dressings, mayo, cream cheese.
This is the dressing I used.
And the cream cheese.
Take your favourite lettuce top with tomatoes then the chicken salad. This I would normally use a wrap to place all these ingredients but on the Keto diet I can’t do this.
