Explosion Of Colour

explosion-of-colour-2

I love the colours in this painting.  This is the second one that I have painted.  The first being done on paper and when I repainted it on canvas, I decided to do it with more vibrant colours.  I just love how the bright and rich colours pop out at you when you walk into the room.  There is no way you could enter into a room and not notice this painting.  It is on it’s way to it’s new home where I know it will look fabulous.

This painting was done with a prep of gesso on the canvas, acrylic paints, ink and sealed to protect the paint.  It was such fun to do.
