Who doesn’t like something that is breaded? It is delicious and not hard to make.
This method can be used for anything you would like to bread. Even veggies. I make cauliflower this way and it is fabulous.
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
4-6 Pork Chops
3-4 Cups Bread Crumbs
3-4 Beaten Eggs
Garlic Powder To Taste
Paprika To Taste
Salt And Pepper To Taste
3-4 Cups Flour
Enough Oil For Frying
PREPARATION
Place bread crumbs into a bowl and add the garlic powder, paprika, salt ad pepper, mix. Into another bowl add the 4 eggs and beat them. Into the 3 bowl add 2 cups of flour.
Take a pork chop place it into the flour first, making sure it is well coated. Then dip it into the beaten eggs, coating well. Next dip the chop into the breadcrumbs but this time pressing it into the seasoned breadcrumbs to make sure the breadcrumbs stick. Repeat until all the pork chops are breaded.
Into a pot add enough oil to fry the pork chops. until they are golden on both sides.
Place the fried chops onto a rack in a baking dish . When they all have been fried, cover loosely and place into a preheated oven (350). Bake for 40 minutes.
Serve with rice of your choice.
