Ribs In A Pressure Cooker

img_6925These ribs came out of the pressure cooker falling off the bone.  SSSoooo good.

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

2 Racks Of Ribs

3/4 Cup Water Or Chicken Stock

Granulated Garlic

Salt And Pepper, To Taste

2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley, (OPT.)

1 Jar Sweet And Sour Sauce

PREPARATION

img_6916Remove white part on the back of the ribs.

img_6917Place ribs into pressure cooker with garlic, paprika and chicken soup.  Put on lid, seal and set timer for 30 minutes.

img_6918When ready, release the steam, place in another bowl… cover with a jar of sweet and sour sauce.

img_6924Serve with rice and additional sweet and sour sauce.
