These ribs came out of the pressure cooker falling off the bone. SSSoooo good.
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
2 Racks Of Ribs
3/4 Cup Water Or Chicken Stock
Granulated Garlic
Salt And Pepper, To Taste
2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley, (OPT.)
1 Jar Sweet And Sour Sauce
PREPARATION
Remove white part on the back of the ribs.
Place ribs into pressure cooker with garlic, paprika and chicken soup. Put on lid, seal and set timer for 30 minutes.
When ready, release the steam, place in another bowl… cover with a jar of sweet and sour sauce.
Serve with rice and additional sweet and sour sauce.
