Well lunches are now a lot of veggies. This meal does include a frozen chicken breast which was also done in 6 minutes and was frozen.
I mean really, It can’t get any easier and faster then this. We like ours plain with hot sauce for me and a little salt and pepper for the Mayor. If you don’t have a pressure cooker, you have to get one. They are wonderful!
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 Frozen Chicken Breast
4 Peeled Carrots
1 Bunch Broccoli
2 Potatoes, Cut Into Cubes
Salt And Pepper, To Taste
Hot Sauce, OPT.
PREPARATION
Peel carrots and potatoes. Wash all the veggies. Place all the ingredients into the pressure cooker along with 1/2 cup of water. Place lid on the cooker, seal it and set for 6 minutes.
Release pressure and open. Tah Dah done. Serve with a salad and some homemade baked bread. Recipe on my blog.I drizzled some sauce on top. This was so good.
