Need a quick appetizer or an accompaniment to a meal? Well this is it. Takes no time at all to prepare and looks fancier then a Capresie Salad.
This takes about 10 minutes maybe less once you have the ingredients in front of you. It is fantastic when made ahead of time. Everyone will be impressed when you make this.Cut some grape tomatoes in half.
Place them and the boccocini cheese onto toothpicks.
Drizzle some balsamic vinegar mixed with olive oil on top and sprinkle followed by freshly chopped basil. That’s it. Your done. Now what could be more simpler then that?

INGREDIENTS
Cherry Or Grape Tomatoes, Amount Is Up To You
Small Boccocini Cheese, Amount To Match The Tomatoes
Finely Chopped Basil Leaves
Glug Of Olive Oil
Glug Of Balsamic Vinegar
Salt (Opt.)
PREPARATION
Cut tomatoes in half. Then place a little ball of cheese on the rounded top and place a toothpick through both. Place on a platter and when all have been completed mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar together and drizzle over the tops. Lastly sprinkle with chopped basil leaves.
Can serve as an appetizer, with a meal and it is fantastic with freshly toasted garlic bread.
