DIY Candlestick Makeover

IMG_6111 (1)It’s so much fun redoing something or re-purposing it.  I found this candle holder at a garage sale.  The lady accepted my offer of fifty cents.  Someone said to me today that I should have offered even less.  Oh well….

I first gave it a rough sand then painted with ASCP, Pure White and Paris Grey.  Coated it with AS clear wax and I was done.  This candle holder gets comments and it moves around in my house.  Right now it sits in the dining room along with some others.  Love it.
