Yet another easy pasta dish. We had this for supper the other night and it was gone in a flash. I just do not understand how anyone can have a dislike for pasta. I could eat it 3 times a day. This is a dish I came up with because I didn’t want to cook, it was something I just threw together with some ingredients I had in the house. If you don’t have ravioli then use regular pasta. Doesn’t really matter. You can even add meat or chicken to it. Just use you imagination and be creative. Sometimes not wanting to do something can become some of your most creative moments.
You only need these 3 ingredients, 1 Jar of your favourite sauce, 1 lb. of ravioli, and as much cheese as you like, even more then one kind. Parmesan, ricotta, provolone. Up to you.
Boil your pasta according to the package directions.
Place some sauce on the bottom of your pan followed by a layer of ravioli and sauce.
Topped with shredded mozzarella. Next just repeat this layer until all ravioli is used up.
Finish off with a layer of mozzarella. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
Remember, just do a taste test from the middle of the pan, If steaming hot then its ready.

INGREDIENTS
1 Lb. Ravioli Of Choice
1 Large Jar Of Tomato Sauce
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, To Taste
PREPARATION
Boil ravioli according to package directions. Drain. In a casserole dish first place some sauce, then a layer of ravioli to cover the bottom. Next more sauce to cover the ravioli then your cheese or cheeses. Repeat this process until you use up the ravioli, always ending with the mozzarella. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
