Super Easy Meatball Subs

Beef Stuffed Tortillas, Super Easy Meatball Subs 011.JPG Not having too much time these days for elaborate meals and if there are recipes with short cuts, then this is the recipe for me. This recipe fills that requirement.  I normally make everything from scratch and it’s not very often I buy groceries that are ready made.  I didn’t even know that there were so many choices of prepared foods but thank goodness there are.  I can see the need for the convenience and if you are in a bind, why not.

This recipe is so simple that there isn’t even a need for very many pictures of food preparation.  Just purchase a few items, put them together and viola your meal is ready.  Anytime I make this everyone loves it.  So give it a try and make your life simplier for just one meal.
