Trying to think of what to do with an over abundance of cream cheese which we just purchased on sale and some fresh cold cuts we just purchased from my favorite deli, yep, it’s Super Sausage. You could use any of your favorite cold cuts for this recipe. It is so simple to make and requires very little effort.
Place two pieces of meat one on top of the another.
Spread with cream cheese. Topping with pickle or hot pickled peppers, or even crushed chilies, my favorite. Something else that goes really nice is some fresh dill on the cheese. This time I made them very plain because they were for my grandchildren. Roll the meat so the edges to come together. Placing that side face down and refrigerate for 2 hours. This allows for easier cutting.
Take each roll and cut into bite size pieces. Serve.
