18 Days Later

It’s been 18 days since my last post during which time I struggled not only to set up the blog but to try and change the look of it.  I finally gave up.  Then to my rescue came the most wonderful daughter-in-law in the whole world.  She not only gave up a whole day and her responsibilities but she set the whole thing up for me.  During this time she sat patiently with me and on her own came up with the format.  I was of no help because I didn’t exactly know what I wanted.  I am so grateful to her for her help patience and understanding.

Now I can start posting recipes but have discovered that I need an extra pair of hands to take the pictures of the ingredients as I am making the recipe.  Well for some of the recipes.  I’m sure as time goes on it will get a little easier for me.  It’s just a matter finding my way around this blog and feeling comfortable with what I am doing.  Hopefully with time I will find ways of improving how I do things when I post so the recipes will be easy to follow.  Please be patient with me while all the bumps are worked out.

I will translate this blog for you all, what my mother really meant to say was, she has the most AMAZING SON in the world who married the wonderful woman who helped set up the blog.
